迈克尔·阿什巴赫
迈克尔·乔治·阿什巴赫（英语：Michael George Aschbacher，1944年4月8日－），美国数学家，研究领域为有限群。他是1970年代和1980年代完成有限单群分类的领导人物。阿什巴赫目前是加州理工学院的Arthur Hanisch数学教授。

生平
1966年，阿什巴赫获得了加州理工学院的学士学位。1969年获得威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校博士学位。[1]1970年，他成为了加州理工学院的一名教师。1976年，成为全职教授。1978年-1979年，他在普林斯顿高等研究院做访问学者。[2]
